Introducing Previz 4.0

Previz has been completely redesigned and refactored to support modern design teams. With more people working remotely, collaboration is a fundamental part of how creatives work together.
A seamless workflow for sharing media on the web is even more important. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Previz v4.0, with new features to help you design creatively, plan effectively and communicate confidently - all in your browser.
A Comprehensive Redesign
In previous iterations of Previz everything centered around a 3D scene. Whilst that is still a major component of the Previz platform we now support 2D workflows. The content area can showcase video and images. This full-featured content management system can be used for moodboards, video dailies, versioning and content approval. Media can be shared within your team as well as externally through secure view pages.
We want Previz to be a fundamental tool in your content production workflow.
The Previz Viewer
At its core Previz is built around a 3D viewer. We’ve massively improved the viewer on many levels. Fast, powerful and customizable the viewer now allows you to set up lighting, materials, mappings, and more. We now support a range of 3D file formats including glTF, fbx, obj and ply.
A Simplified Dashboard
The Previz dashboard has also been redesigned. It’s now easier to switch between your teams, manage your account and jump straight into your projects. Projects and teams now also support cover images for complete customization.
A New Tier
We have a brand new free tier at Previz so it’s even easier to integrate into your workflow. Our Starter tier is great for professionals who want to familiarize themselves with the platform. Get started for free.
